Oceanside RCMP are looking for a 70-year-old Nanoose Bay man.
John David Seeland was reported missing by his family on Monday night. They had last heard from him via email earlier that day.
The family told the RCMP they were very concerned for Seeland’s well-being. He resides near the Red Gap area in Nanoose Bay.
Seeland is described as white with green eyes and shoulder-length grey hair. He has a regular build, and is six-foot-three and about 250 pounds.
Arrowsmith and Ladysmith Search and Rescue members are assisting in the search for Seeland.
