Throwback Tuesday doesn’t quite have the same ring to it…
Even so, Victoria will once again experience smokey skies today and tonight. It appears the smoke is drifting north from Northern California, Oregon and Washington.
According to firesmoke.ca, the haze will last for about a day, peaking on the evening of August 29, then dissipating the following morning.
What We Can Look Forward To This Evening…
So far, no air quality warnings have been issued. However, the air quality index for Victoria has reached level 3, which is at the higher end of the “Low Risk” section.
