A ‘Pop-up’ U.S. Consulate is coming to Victoria on September 15

The United States Consulate in Vancouver is hitting the road and coming to Victoria on September 15, 2017.

Consulate workers are setting up what they call a “pop-up” consulate in Victoria to provide services to U.S. citizens living on Vancouver Island.

This is the third time it has come to Victoria this year.

The temporary consulate will be housed at the downtown Greater Victoria Public Library on Broughton Street from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Consulate staff will be on hand will accept passport and consular report of birth abroad applications and provide notarial services.

All services require an appointment and a fee.
