Two kidnapping and robbery crimes are not believed to be connected: VicPD
(Victoria Police Department)

On the afternoon of October 20th, Victoria Police Department arrested John Heintzelman in connection with a sexual assault that took place in July 2017.

According to VicPD, the assault occurred in a business on the 300-block of Kingston St, called “James Bay Massage” – previously named “Ancient Medicine”.

The victim who came forward in July was allegedly sexually assaulted while being treated at the massage clinic, at which Heintzelman worked alone for several years.

The police believe there may have been other victims.
