TP the Town Victoria, a unique one-day toilet paper fundraiser, is returning to the Capital Region to provide awareness and relief to those in need.

On Saturday, October 14, members of the public are asked to buy discounted toilet paper at participating Save-On Foods and Country Grocer locations.

On-site drop-off areas manned by Prodigy Group Volunteers from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. will be ready to receive donations.

Participating Locations:

Country Grocer – Royal Oak, 4420 West Saanich Road
Save On Foods – Saanich (Uptown), 3510 Blanshard Street
Save On Foods – Fort and Foul Bay, 1950 Foul Bay Road
Save On Foods – Westside Village, 172 Wilson Street
Country Grocer – Esquimalt, 1153 Esquimalt Road

It’s easy to participate

All you have to do is stop by one of the aforementioned stores, purchase toilet paper and leave a package or two in the Mustard Seed Food Bank bin. The toilet paper will then be collected and given to families and those who need it the most in Greater Victoria over the next 12 months.

This year a new partnership with Kruger Products has already secured over 50,000 rolls of toilet paper.

Volunteers still needed
