With the Pandora bike lanes completed and the Fort lanes under construction, the City of Victoria has set its sights on a third downtown target: Humboldt Street.
Connecting the downtown core with the Fairfield area, the current proposal includes 1km of traffic-calmed space from Douglas to Cook Street, and a 200m two-way protected bike lane from Government to Douglas Street.
