You won’t want to miss out on this quintessentially Victorian holiday tradition!
Santa Claus is about to light up the 54-foot-tall Christmas tree at Uptown tomorrow, and you’re invited to watch it happen.
Come out (and bring the kids) to see the parade starting at 6:10 PM, featuring Santa Claus, the Grinch, Disney Princesses and Harvey the HarbourCat!
Entertainers like Karen Clarke Dancers, O’Brien School of Dancers and a roving group of nutcrackers and stilt walkers will regale you with their performances, and bring the holiday spirit to life.
Uptown Boulevard will be closed to traffic from 12 PM and will remain car-free for the duration of the event.
Just like every other year, there will be a Mustard Seed Church kiosk next to the tree, where visitors are encouraged to donate warm winter clothes for the less fortunate.
