The Victoria Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating missing 23-year-old man, Jacob Scott.
Scott was reported missing on November 15th, after not being in contact with his family for several days. He was last seen in Saanich on October 19th.
He is described as a 5’10 Caucasian man with a slim build, blonde hair, and blonde facial hair often in the form of a rough stubble.
Scott has several tattoos, including an “old-school” style nautical tattoo on his on his left forearm of a female sailor at a ship’s wheel and a banner that reads “steady as she goes”.
His family and friends have grown quite concerned for his well being and need to know that he is safe.
