Missing Alberta man Vernon “Allan” Pickard may be heading to either Victoria or Toronto, according to recent information received by Canmore RCMP.
Pickard has been missing since November and his last known location was in Canmore, Alberta on December 1st.
According to the police, he is described as Caucasian, bald, 53 years old, 5’2″, weighs 110 lbs, and has blue eyes.
