Watch out Victorians – there’s a new breakfast cafe in town!

Bitchin’ Biscuit opened its doors in November 2017 and has since become a serious contender in the popular breakfast/brunch scene in Victoria.

It’s the only place in town where the menu is dedicated to biscuits and gravy – good old Southern style comfort food.

The store is run by local mom and breakfast chef Shannon Stead, and she employs family members like her sister-in-law to help her out.

According to their website, Shannon is not new to the restaurant industry.

“Shannon is the menu curator and chef behind the Carnarvon concession, where she garnered a fan-base for her daring (and always scrumptious) food combinations and perfectly-done classics.”

Their menu features more variations on the classic biscuits-and-gravy combo than we’ve ever seen anywhere else.
