This holiday season, don’t worry about having to pay for parking when you’re enjoying Christmas, Boxing Day, and New Year’s festivities downtown.
The City of Victoria’s 2,000 on-street parking spaces, five parkades and three surface parking lots are usually free of charge on Sundays, but they will also remain available at no cost to the public on the following days:
- Christmas Eve – Sunday, December 24th
- Christmas Day – Monday, December 25th
- Boxing Day – Tuesday, December 26th
- New Year’s Eve – Sunday, December 31st
- New Year’s Day – Monday, January 1st
So whether you’re out taking advantage of those crazy holiday sales, or enjoying a night out on the town to celebrate the start of the new year – feel free to park your vehicle without worrying about what it’ll cost you.
