Victoria’s only Festival dedicated to the charcuterie board returns this spring!

The Cheese and Meat Festival comes to the Crystal Garden on Saturday, May 12th, 2018.

Developed over the last two years, the Festival will showcase the best in cheese and meat with pairings of wine, beer, cider, spirits and accompaniments (pickles, spreads, bread, etc.).

Attendees walk into the Crystal Gardens and receive a charcuterie board (that they can keep) and a wine glass. The Festival features over 40 vendors showcasing the best in local and international products.

Tickets are $55 + service fees and taxes. Each festival pass grants you access to all food, wine, beer and caesars and coffee samples for the value of the ticket. Grab yours by clicking here when they go on sale on January 23rd!

“We have spent the last year fine-tuning the Festival experience for both the attendees and vendors. We are lucky to have received amazing feedback that has allowed us to add new features and make changes to build the community,” said David Bain, Director.

“Ticket holders don’t just receive an amazing array of products to sample, but also get to learn about how the products were made and how to pair them with other vendors’ products!”

New to this year’s edition of the Festival will be a panel of restaurateurs, chefs, and members of wholesale and grocery management who will build a pairing guide for attendees to use during the Festival.

The panel members and attendees will also rate the vendors based on their respective categories.

The category winners will then be featured in the panel members’ restaurants, food creations, and/or grocery stores.
