International health food chain set to open new downtown Victoria location

Looks like Subway is about to get some competition!

International fresh health food chain, Freshii, is about to open its first location on Vancouver Island.

The restaurant will be located on 1000 Douglas Street, on the corner of Douglas and Broughton, where Plain Jane – the women’s clothing boutique store – used to be.

Construction of the interior is currently under way, however, our sources tell us that the eatery is set to open in March, 2018.

Freshii was founded in 2005 and has several locations in four continents – including quite a large fan-base in Vancouver.

We can’t wait to try it out!
