Update: Police have located Raymond Williams.

Victoria police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 43-year-old man who also has an outstanding warrant for his arrest.
Raymond Williams is described as an Aboriginal man standing 5’9,” tall and weighs about 216 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
No other details were released.
