Today is the day that many die-hard Game of Thrones fans in Victoria have been waiting for!
When you go to watch actor Aidan Gillen’s new semi-autobiographical feature film Pickups at the Victoria Film Festival today, stick around after the screening for a chance to meet the man himself.
Gillen’s most famous role is his portrayal of Petyr “Littlefinger” Baelish in popular HBO fantasy-drama series, ‘Game of Thrones’; but you may also recognize him from other acclaimed motion pictures like ‘The Dark Knight Rises’, ‘Sing Street’, ‘The Wire’ and ‘King Arthur: Legend of the Sword”.
His latest film, Pickups, is a portrayal of his own life, in some ways, delivered with a mix of black humour and realism.
