

A collision on Thursday night between a white van and a cyclist on Dallas Road is being investigated by Victoria police.
Police say the driver of the van – which dragged the bike for eight blocks and impacted several parked cars on the way – might have suffered a medical emergency at the time of the crash.
According to police, the first collision occurred at the 1400 block of Dallas Road, and the vehicle continued to drive westbound all the way to Beacon Hill Park at Circle Drive.
The driver and cyclist were both taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
