Coffee Talk

What: Start your morning off right with a great cup of coffee and even better company! Network with local business and community leaders, create valuable connections and leave feeling awake and ready to conquer the day!

Adult Drop-in Colouring

What: Come on Tuesday mornings for coffee, conversation and colouring. Bring your creativity to this relaxed colouring session. No prior experience required. Colouring pages, supplies, coffee and tea provided.

Hatha Yoga

What: Rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit through the physical practice of Yoga, plus breathing, relaxation, and positive thinking techniques. Receive guidance on posture, mind-body awareness, and stress relief that you can apply to daily living to keep you healthy and pain-free. The instructor provides alignment guidance for easy to moderately challenging yoga poses, as well as modifications and alternatives as needed to ensure your experience is safe, comfortable and fun.

ReFind Art

What: Each ReFind Art participant is challenged to create a piece of art using materials found at the Habitat Victoria ReStores, transforming used and discarded household items and building materials into beautiful works of art or upcycled furniture.
During this two-week event, the public is invited to stop by and visit the ReFind Art display located at the lower level of The Bay Centre, where they can bid and become the proud owner of one or more of these one-of-a-kind art creations through a silent sealed bidding process. The public may also donate-to-vote for their favourite art pieces and the winner of the People’s Choice Award will be announced online at the end of the event.
