Trying to decide what to do this weekend?

Look no further because the Victoria African and Caribbean Cultural Society (VACCS) is throwing down one party you won’t want to miss!

This Saturday, the courtyard of the Greater Victoria Public Library downtown will be full of music, dance, food, fashion, and the enticing smells of exquisite food, as AfriCa Fest comes back to Victoria for its 6th year.

Bring the whole family over for this daytime party that also serves as a culturally immersive information session, where you and your kids can learn all about African culture while also getting the chance to win prizes!

While you’re there, don’t forget to pick up a keepsake from their showcase of cultural artwork, crafts, clothing, and African inspired beauty products that will be on sale.

AfriCa Fest is a part of the annual African Cultural week, which ends on June 2nd. Click here for more information.
