Drone footage captures bird’s-eye view of McKenzie Interchange project (VIDEO)

Ever wonder what your morning commute looks like from above?

The Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure has posted a Facebook video featuring drone footage of the ongoing McKenzie Interchange project.

The footage, captured last week, shows progress made on the new Galloping Goose Trail bridge and newly constructed ramps.

The ministry uses survey drones for a number of purposes, including emergency response, design work, and avalanche control.
