Family members are asking for the public’s help in locating a 34-year-old man who hasn’t been seen since Friday.

Ash Redford was last seen at approximately 9:30 p.m. in Colwood. He was supposed to pick up his two kids up at 9:30 am Saturday but did not show up.

In a Facebook post, his wife said Ash has never missed picking up his two girls and hasn’t heard from him since Friday. She also said he “appeared off”.

His family are concerned for his well being and say this is not normal for Ash to do.

A dedicated Facebook page has been set up to help search for him and the about section reads, “he left the house we own in Colwood (he wasnt living here) at that time and was scheduled to pick the girls up Saturday AM. He did not show up. His phone is off. Ive never known him to disappear. He has been struggling for awhile. Two little girls haven’t started asking yet where he is but it will happen eventually.

He is described as 6′ tall, blonde hair and wears glasses. Ash was last seen wearing black dickie shorts and dark blue t-shirt. He is driving a 1990 light grey Honda Civic covered in decals.

If you see him, call 911. Anyone with information is asked to call the West Shore RCMP at 250-474-2264.
