Summer is in full swing now, and to make this Friday amazing there’s so many amazing events happening in our beautiful city!

Free Cooking Demonstrations

What: Each week The Victoria Public Market offers a free cooking demonstration brought to you by Mike Haddow from GoodLife Fitness. Cooking demos begin at noon in the Community Kitchen, and are open for everyone to attend!
Today, you’ll learn how to make Maui Ribs.

A “Much” Music Video Dance Party!

What: Enjoy all of your favorite 90’s and 00’s music videos on the big screen, just like you did in high school (but better, because it’s at the Victoria Event Centre). Dig out your butterfly hair clips and frost those tips, because you’re going to party like it’s 1999! They might even throw some on some modern hits to keep you on your toes.

Uptown Summer Movie Series

What: Snuggle up under the stars every Friday night in July and catch their feature film series! Bring your blankets, pillows, favourite snacks and a buddy! Arrive at 8:45 PM to get your seats and play to win some prizes, movies start when the sun goes down!
Tonight, sing along to Pitch Perfect 3.

True Tears Comedy presents Friday the 13th

What: True Tears Comedy at Wheelies is back! Come out for this late Friday show. They’ve got cold beers, amazing food and a ton of great comics! PLUS it’s Friday the 13th so you’ll probably get murdered!

Rotten Little Kings Summer Party
