Between yoga, music festival and belting out the Tragically Hip today is a great day to just let loose and have fun!

Tuesday Morning Flow

What: A warming and energizing flow class (vinyasa) to clear your mind and free your body. We will begin with grounding meditation, balancing breathing practices (pranayama) and move through a full body opening and strengthening sequence. The class will close with a relaxing and cooling sequence to prepare you for a productive and peaceful day.

Tragically Hip’s Wheat Kings! All Together Now Sings!

What:For All Together Now’s July session, They’ll be singing The Tragically Hip’s classic Wheat Kings!
All Together Now is a drop-in choir night with Marc Jenkins, director of Victoria’s The Choir and The Chorus. NO experience necessary, NO music reading required, all are welcome.
Marc will teach the song in harmony – by the end of the night, magic happens! They’ll even record it for posterity.

Memorial Park Music Fest

What: Bring your chairs and dancing shoes and join us every Tuesday for free music at Memorial Park. Food vendors on site and/or bring a picnic with you! With a different band each week the whole family is sure to enjoy the enjoy the fourth annual Memorial Park Music Fest.

Free Yoga at Willows Beach Park

What: Time to get into downward dog! Join this Free outdoor Yoga session held at Willows Beach Park every Tuesday evening until August 28th!

Sonic Drawing with June Yeo

What: A 40-minute visual diary workshop with visual artist June Yeo for creative professionals seeking emotional release and collective intimacy.
Each Wednesday a different theme will be provided for a mini-workout for your mind.
Participants are to bring their headphones and music that resonates with the theme.
All other art supplies will be provided.
