Black Sheep Comedy: 1 Year Anniversary Edition
What: Wanna laugh the night away? This little show is turning 1 year old next month! Come down and celebrate with them and enjoy a night of local comedy! They’ll also be giving away lots of awesome prizes throughout the evening including tickets to local concerts, gift cards, awesome swag and more!

Play in the Park
What: Bring the whole family for an afternoon of crafts, stories, games and activities! Join them on Tuesday afternoons in July & August in parks throughout Oaklands to enjoy some fun in the sun, get active and connect with your neighbours. $5 drop-in per family. Parent participation required.

Tuesday Morning Flow
What: A warming and energizing flow class (vinyasa) to clear your mind and free your body. We will begin with grounding meditation, balancing breathing practices (pranayama) and move through a full body opening and strengthening sequence. The class will close with a relaxing and cooling sequence to prepare you for a productive and peaceful day.

Public knitting night
What: All are welcome whether you knit , crochet, quilt, weave etc. It may be tricky to fit a floor loom in the shop though, but they will applaud your efforts!
They also have a selection of yarns graciously donated to the shop by customers, if you are finding fibre arts cost prohibitive.
