Sooke Road was closed in both directions from Jacklin Road to Happy Valley Road on Wednesday morning after a flatbed truck collided with a traffic light pole.
The collision occurred at around 7:45 a.m. The pole fell on top of the flatbed trailer, and the truck was unable to move.
Emergency crews were on scene shortly after. Traffic was heavily delayed in the surrounding area, as vehicles were detoured down Wilford Road.
Sooke Road was re-opened at around 9 a.m after the truck was cleared.
No injuries were reported.
