Were you in the Courtenay area last week?
The Comox Valley RCMP are seeking public assistance in identifying a suspicious man seen on on Thursday, Aug. 9.
According to police, the man was seen on 29th Street frantically waving at passing vehicles. He was wearing khaki pants and a long sleeve grey shirt.
Anyone who was in the area last Thursday between 6:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. and saw anything suspicious are asked to call the Comox Valley RCMP at 250-338-1321.
