Victoria police have arrested and charged a man who is accused of exposing himself to a woman at Beacon Hill Park.

The investigation began after the incident occurred on August 9th, just after 6:30 p.m. on Bridge Way in Beacon Hill Park.

Allegedly, the man was walking his bike and approached a woman while she was sitting and reading. He sat next to her and began to ask her questions which she felt were inappropriate, and then exposed himself.

She told the man she had to leave. He then walked a short distance away and remained there, watching her. The woman then phoned a friend, prompting the man to leave the area.

Officers are still working to confirm whether or not he is the same person who exposed himself to two women on the Galloping Goose Regional Trail on August 8th.

At this time, police are recommending he be charged with one count of indecent act and two counts of failure to comply with probation.

He is due to appear in court today.
