Police are looking to identify a man caught on camera slipping a bottle of liquor down his shorts.
According to Greater Victoria Crime Stoppers, the incident captured on surveillance video occurred on Sep. 17 in the 1600-block of McKenzie Avenue, and it is believed he as stolen from this location several times.
Crime Stoppers also said he is suspected of stealing from multiple locations.
