Victoria police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 47-year-old woman.
Stefannie Postnikoff (also known as Elaine Hooker) is described as Caucasian woman standing 5’,8” tall with a large build, weighing 200 pounds.
She has jaw length brown and grey hair and also wears wire framed reading glasses.
