Westshore RCMP are responding to reports of a serious accident in Colwood.
The intersection at Wale Rd and Island Highway has been shut down as of 11:15 a.m., as first responders attend the scene.
Police are advising commuters to expect delays, and allow crew members space to work.
Sources told Victoria Buzz that a vehicle rolled over four times before hitting a pedestrian.
