Another sizable earthquake has struck off the west coast of Vancouver Island Wednesday night.
The latest, a magnitude 4.9 earthquake was detected approximately 252 kilometres west of Tofino, at a depth of 10 kilometres.
The US Geological Survey says the quake struck at 9:22 p.m. on Halloween night.
This tremor follows a 4.0 magnitude earthquake in the same area Sunday night.
No damage has been reported.
