Victoria police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 40-year-old Kasung Shillingford.
Shillingford was last seen on August 18th, and was reported missing on October 18th. Kasung has ties across Vancouver Island, and in the Caribbean.
His family is concerned for his well-being.
Shillingford is described as a black male with a medium build, standing 6’ tall and weighing approximately 165 pounds. He has brown eyes and short curly black hair, and usually has a short, stubble-length beard.
