Here’s your opportunity to share an evening with the world’s funniest man, without ever leaving the island!

Hilarious English actor John Cleese is sharing his wealth of humour with 13 Canadian cities next year, and Victoria is his last stop.

This isn’t his first foray into the garden city: in November 2014, Cleese toured in Victoria to talk about his autobiography titled “So Anyway”. Before that, he brought his talents to the McPherson Playhouse in October 2013.

Cleese first introduced his comedic genius to the world as a member of the Monty Python troupe in the 1960s, followed by a career of writing, producing, and acting in hits like “A Fish Called Wanda” and “Fawlty Towers”.

His screenplay for “A Fish Called Wanda” even earned him an Oscar nomination!

On June 3rd, Victorians will be treated to an evening of Cleese examining everything that’s wrong with the world, in a segment titled “Why There is No Hope”.

Tickets for the event start at $100, but if you want to meet him and get a photo taken, the VIP Package will cost you $360.
