Nanaimo RCMP searching for missing 29-year-old woman (UPDATED)

On Friday, January 25th, Nanaimo RCMP said missing woman Kandace Pirart had been found safe and sound.

Nanaimo RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 29-year-old woman.

Kandace Pirart was last seen on January 16th, and has not been heard from since. Her disappearance is highly unusual and her family and friends are concerned for her well-being.

Pirart is described as a Caucasian woman standing 5’ 5” and weighing 140 pounds. She has brown hair and hazel eyes, and is believed to be wearing a long green coat with a fur collar and a toque.

Police say she does not own a cell phone and does not have a car.
