Victoria police are seeking public assistance in locating a missing woman.
Pamela Fletcher, 59, was last seen this morning around 9 a.m. in the downtown area.
Fletcher is described as a Caucasian woman standing 5’5″ tall with a small build, weighing 108 lbs, has long, grey hair, and brown eyes. She occasionally dyes her hair brown.
Fletcher is known to frequent the coffee shop at the Esquimalt McDonalds. She was also the subject of a missing person report in December.
