North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 35-year-old woman, Raine Louise Cook.
Cook was last seen in the Duncan area between February 1st and 8th. Police have been searching for her for some time, but have been unable to locate her.
She is described as a Caucasian woman standing 5′ 4″ and weighing 119 lbs. She has dark brown hair and brown eyes.
