

According to the US Geological Survey, a 4.6-magnitude earthquake struck off Vancouver Islands north-west coast Monday afternoon.
The tremor was detected at 1:27 p.m., about 170 kilometres southwest of Port Hardy with a at a depth of three kilometres.
No damage has been reported or is expected.
