8 must-see vendors at this weekend’s Village Block Party on Cook Street

After a roaring success last year, Atomique Production’s Village Block Party is returning to Cook Street Village, and it’s promised to be the perfect party to kick off your summer!

Happening this weekend on Sunday, May 26th, and running all day from 10. a.m. to 5 pm., the second annual Village Block Party will feature over 120 local artisans, entertainment, and food and beverage vendors – so many, it’s hard just to pick a few!

Aside from all this goodness, there are also adorable dog races, so you can grab a brew, some good eats, and take in some great entertainment – all in one spot!

Here are 8 local vendors you have to check out at this weekend’s rockin’ Village Block Party:

1. Just Bread Baby

Baguettes full of apricot and ginger, blueberry and walnut, cranberry and dark chocolate… need we say more? Stop by for some fresh baked goodies!

2. Wildflower Dyes

Beautiful artisan tie-dye clothing, bedding, and more! Wildflower Dyes has got it all – the epitome of local craftsmanship!

3. Discovery Coffee

Need a little pick-me-up to keep you partying all day long? Discovery Coffee has your back – stop by for your morning, or afternoon caffeine-fix!

4. Empire Donuts

A staple of Victoria, Empire Donuts have a cornucopia of delicious flavours that will keep you coming back for more… yum!

5. L’Authentique Poutine & Burger

We think these pictures speak for themselves… mouth-watering poutine AND burgers? Yes, please!

6. Sparkle Shack Body Art

Face paint and glitter are sure to put a smile on anyone’s face! Stop by Sparkle Shack Body Art and get decorated for the all-day party.
