Award-winning musician Geddy Lee will be making a stop in Victoria to host a book signing at Bolen Books later this month.
The lead vocalist, bassist, and keyboardist for Canadian rock group, RUSH, is currently promoting his book ‘Geddy Lee’s Big Beautiful Book of Bass’ through a book tour across North America, with Victoria as his first stop on May 22nd.
His book features photography by Richard Sibbald of the hundreds of basses Geddy has collected over the course of his 40+ year career with RUSH.
Lee first joined the band that would become RUSH in 1968, and they were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2013.
His bass collection includes historically important instruments ranging from the 1950s through the 1980s – all of which are photographed and documented in his new 408 page book.
Ticket prices for Lee’s book signing include a copy of the book itself and the opportunity to take a candid photo with the man himself!
