Three people have been arrested after Victoria Police officers conducted a vehicle stop on Sunday night.
At around 9 p.m. on Sunday, May 26th, a VicPD K9 officer spotted a vehicle in the 2900-block of Douglas St that was earlier reported stolen.
They blocked the vehicle from leaving, with the help of Patrol officers, and took the three occupants into custody.
Upon searching the vehicle, they found fentanyl, methamphetamines, and an imitation firearm.
Investigators are now recommending charges against all three individuals, including drug trafficking, possession of stolen property over $5000, and motor vehicle theft.
They have all been released on a promise to appear with several conditions, and an investigation of the incident is ongoing.
