Ever combined ketchup and mayo to create the hybrid condiment of your dreams?
For a limited time only, you can skip the laborious task of having to mix the two ingredients yourself, and instead just purchase a bottle of Kraft Heinz’s ‘Mayochup’!
This innovative packaged seasoning may be new to Canada but has been available south of the border for ages, and will only be available in the True North for a limited time while supplies last.
“After seeing the excitement Mayochup generated with Canadians when it launched in the U.S., we knew we had to bring Mayochup to Canada,” said Brian Neumann, Brand Manager, Kraft Heinz.
“[It] is the ultimate combo condiment for all occasions – dipping fries, making a sandwich or dressing a burger. Mayochup is here for a limited time, and we’re excited for Canadians to try it and make it a staple at BBQs, cottages and dinner tables this summer.”
Starting Monday, May 6th, those wishing to purchase a bottle of the condiment can find one at their nearest Loblaws, Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart, Zehrs, No Frills, Food Basics, Metro, Co-Op, Overwaitea Foods, and Sobeys, subject to availability.
These Twitter-approved 560 mL bottles cost $4.49 each and you’ll either love it or hate it – there’s no in-between, as far we’ve heard.
Will you be trying the trend for yourself?
Mixing ketchup and mayo together made me feel like if Gordon Ramsay and Bob Ross was the same person. 🧐 #mayochup #tomatonaise

Wow I really hate the word mayochup @KraftHeinzCo! We’re there any focus groups conducted? Preferably without psychopaths?
