Neil Young’s Rockin’ In The Free World – ATN Sings!

Sing Neil Young’s late 80’s anthem that is both a celebration, and criticism, of modern freedom and democracy. Boom! $10 at the door – All Ages!

All Together Now is a drop-in choir night with Marc Jenkins, director of Victoria’s The Choir and The Chorus. NO experience necessary, NO music reading required, all are welcome.

Marc will teach the song in harmony – by the end of the night, magic happens! We’ll even record it for posterity.

Eves of Destruction Roller Derby Info Night

The Eves of Destruction are recruiting! Raw Meat is an opportunity for those who have never been out on skates, who are not so great on skates, and even those who are already fabulous on skates, to be introduced to roller derby!

Are you a fan of playing smarter and not harder? Join our officiating crew! We have spots for on and off-skates officials. No experience necessary!

At this info session you will hear from some of our players and officials and we’ll tell you all about what you need to get started, plus we’ll answer any burning questions that you may have for us.

Join us at Logan’s Pub and find out about all things derby! (info only, no skating required!) Bring a pen and paper, we’ll be throwing a lotta info at you!

The Run by endūr

Join endūr for a free social 5 km run every Monday at 6 p.m. The Run takes place on the flat route along the Lochside and Galloping Goose trails, and welcomes all runners, dogs, and fitness levels. They have a no pressure vibe, and no one is left behind!

  • When: 6 p.m. – 7 p.m.
  • Where: 6 p.m. meet at endūr store (104-3680 Uptown Blvd) or 6:10 p.m. at bike rack near Lochside and Galloping Goose Junction.

Royal BC Museum Maya: The Great Jaguar Rises exhibition

A rare artifact crucial to determining hitherto unknown facts about the ancient Mayan civilization has just made its way to Victoria.

Open Mic at The Mint with Peter McMastar

Come showcase your talent, whether it’s music, comedy, dance, spoken word or poetry… you name it! Registration begins at 8:30 p.m. with the showcase starting at 9 p.m. and continuing til late, and Pete will have some instruments to get some jams going!

Not a performer? Come down and support your faves while enjoying your favourite food and drinks at The Mint!
