Victoria’s 20th Anniversary Ska & Reggae Festival
Victoria’s 20th annual Ska & Reggae Festival kicks off its four day run today!
The decades-old festival celebrates some of the best international and local grooves that Vancouver Island has to offer! Head down to Ship Point this afternoon for the all-ages kick off show or check out Distrikt Nightclub tonight for some late-night jams. Tickets are available online for the entire festival, just the weekend, or per show.

It’s time for the Copper Owl’s weekly karaoke night!
Get your singing voice ready for the thousands of songs to choose from, ranging from indie rock, pop hits, classic rock, oldies, b-sides and more! There’s also, of course, drink specials like discounted tequila in case you need some liquid courage before you hit the stage.

Auditions for Matilda the Musical
Calling all Roald Dahl fans!
Four Seasons Musical Theatre is hosting auditions for their upcoming production of the Tony Award-winning musical, Matilda! Inspired by the eponymous book by Roald Dahl, Matilda celebrates the magic and mayhem of childhood featuring a beautiful score written by Tim Minchin.

Comedy Night at the Mint
Another Wednesday can only mean one thing, Comedy Night at the Mint!
Join hosts Morgan Cranny and Drew Farrance as they bring together some of the funniest stand-up talent that Victoria has to offer.

Picnic in the Gardens
Grab a basket and blanket and enjoy a picnic at the Gardens at HCP!
Every second Wednesday the gardens extend their hours and invite the community to have a picnic, explore the grounds, and stop by the local arts vendors, local musicians, and more! Admission tonight will also be by donation.
