A small surf shop in Qualicum Beach has turned to social media in hopes the public can help locate their stolen sign.
On June 22nd, Island Surf posted a message on Facebook saying they would appreciate the sign being returned – the sign was stolen some time on June 21st.
“We are a small local business just trying to provide great service and great memories to Vancouver Island families,” the post read. “Surfing is all about good vibes, and you my friend, have some bad karma coming your way.”
The company is offering a $100 store credit to anyone who spots and returns the surf board sign. If you have any information about the sign’s whereabouts, they can be reached at 1-855-594-5452.
