Disney’s new streaming platform is officially coming to Canada this November

Fans of all things Disney and its many, many, subsidiary companies are in for good news: the entertainment giant’s new streaming service, Disney Plus, is launching in Canada this November!

Coinciding with Disney Plus’ US release, the monthly streaming service will be available for Canadian viewers on November 12th, 2019.

The service will feature existing movies and new original television series’ from global brands like Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, Pixar, National Geographic, and more.

Viewers can access the content on all major mobile and TV platforms, including Apple, Google, Microsoft, and Sony devices.

“Disney+ will offer fans of all ages a new way to experience the unparalleled content from the company’s iconic entertainment brands…” said the 95-year-old entertainment company in a release.

The monthly subscription will cost Canadians $8.99 per month, or $89.99 per year.
