Available for a cool $18 million, the 24.57-acre Queen Mary Bay property sits on the oceanside address of 1850 Lands End Road.
The property boasts a 3,762 square foot main house that features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (including a 5-piece ensuite attached to the master bedroom), interior cedar trim, vaulted and skylight ceilings, soffiting, and massive windows that highlight the island’s breathtaking coastal views.
The property also includes a “Caretaker’s Cottage” structure that can be rented out or used as a guest house.
However, the existing home and cottage are just some of the reasons for the property’s lofty price tag.
