If you’ve lived in Victoria for some time, you know all about this infamous hobby shop that made downtown its home for many years.
Established in 1952, BC Shaver + Hobbies has always been a staple of the city – from shaving supplies, to model airplanes, to toys for young and old, they’ve literally got it all.
Formerly located on Fort Street in downtown Victoria, the popular shop has now opened their doors within Hillside Shopping Centre – so now it’s easier than ever to get your favourite hobby fix!
BC Shaver + Hobbies is holding their very own grand opening this weekend, from August 16th to 18th, where on top of the incredible deals they always house, they’ll have door-crasher prizes, raffle draws, giveaways and even double rewards for the launch of their new loyalty program!
Now with the convenience of being in the mall (plus free parking!), the shop still carries the same trustworthy products they always have in RC brand, shave supplies, paints and models – and even some new ones!
On top of their snazzy new location, they now carry LEGO collector sets, wooden model kits, a comprehensive Gundam Plastic Model (GUNPLA) selection and model starter sets to introduce blossoming hobbyists to what could be their latest and greatest pastime.
