5 things to do in and around Victoria today, Thursday September 26th

Soaring jets, a black light party, comedy, trivia and more! Summer may have left us, but the events this week are heating up.

Red Arrows Fly over Victoria 

You’ll be able to spot the Red Arrows soaring over Victoria Parliament Buildings if you’re downtown during their national flyby tour. 

There is only a short window of time before they off to Vancouver, so make sure you get down early and look up! 

  • When: Approximately 4:40 p.m. 
  • Where: Above Victoria Inner Harbour and the British Columbia Parliament Buildings

Comedy Night at the Duke Saloon  

A night of drink specials and hilarity with featured comedians Chistophe Davidson, Alistair Ogden, Bryan O’Gorman, and Dan Duvall.  

  • When: 8 p.m. – 11 p.m.
  • Where: Duke Saloon, 502 Discovery Street 

Full Moon Blacklight Party 

Enjoy a night of black lights, body paint, bucket specials, giveaways, and a special DJ performance by Chet Flanagan. 

  • When: 10 p.m. – 2 a.m. 
  • Where: Upstairs Cabaret, #15 Bastion Square 

Disney Trivia  

Come out to a night of animated Disney Trivia filled with great prizes for the winning Prince or Princess at heart. 

  • When: 7:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.

4th Annual Unwined Event 

Make-A-Wish & Yukon team-up to bring you epic party for a good cause. Dress business casual and spend the night dining on local eats and drinks in this celebration of what the island has to offer.
