Nanaimo RCMP are seeking public assistance in their search for missing 42-year-old Ryan Van Haastert.
Van Haastert left his home in south Nanaimo on September 3rd and hasn’t been seen or heard from since.
He has been going through some personal issues which is why friends and family are worried for his safety and well-being.
On the same day as he was reported missing, Van Haastert was spotted in the Cedar area driving his grey 2017 Toyota Corolla with BC plate # GF140W. However, he was not located by investigators.
He is described as a Caucasian male, standing 6’2″, weighing 190 lbs. A picture of his vehicle is below:
