Do you love sustainable, stylish eco-fashion?

How about wearable pieces featuring upcycled ocean plastic, or a custom-tailored garment specifically made just for you?

With Future Oceans’ newest pop-up at Victoria’s Bay Centre, that could be a reality!

The Future Oceans Eco-Boutique & Learning Lab launched last week and it runs until September 30th, featuring six new eco-fashion lines.

For 10 days only, you can pop by the Eco-Boutique and shop clothing and accessories made with materials that come from sustainable sources – including wearable pieces featuring up-cycled ocean plastic! Each piece was custom-made exclusively for the Future Oceans project.

On top of shopping stylish eco-accessories, you have the chance to have a limited edition garment custom tailored for you – you can browse the shop of sample garments, select a designer, and submit your measurements and the creator will custom make a limited edition piece just for you – it will even be delivered to your home!

You can also stop in and take part in one of the hands-on workshops happening this week – including making your very own beeswax wraps, recycled fabric tote bags and eco-friendly laundry soap – you can register for and take a look at the full schedule of workshops online!

Future Oceans is an artist led movement in creating global sustainable fashion in support of ocean conservation and The Ocean Legacy Foundation – you can pop by and check out what they’re all about until Monday, September 30th at the Bay Centre on the lower level next to centre court!
