UPDATE: The gas leak was cleared and Goldstream Ave has been reopened to traffic as of 2:20 p.m. on November 14th.
Earlier: Authorities are asking motorists to find alternate routes as a section of Goldstream Avenue has been closed to traffic.
According to West Shore RCMP, Goldstream Avenue between Matson Road and Spencer Road near Spencer Middle School and Ruth King Elementary School has been closed to traffic as crews attend a reported gas leak.
There is currently no word on when the road will be reopened to traffic.
